Cancellation Policy
At Villazio, we recognize that plans may change, and we aim to provide clarity regarding our cancellation policies. Here are the key aspects:
Flexible Cancellation Policy:
Full Refund: Guests who cancel their reservations at least 15 days prior to the scheduled check-in date shall be entitled to a full refund of the Booking Amount.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the check-in date shall not be eligible for any refund.
Processing Fees: A nominal processing fee, ranging from 2% to 5%, will be deducted from all refunds. Refunds issued in the form of travel credits will not incur any processing fees.
Special Conditions:
Peak Dates: Cancellations are not permitted during designated peak periods, which include, but are not limited to, Independence Day, Diwali, Christmas, Eid and New Year’s Day.
Extenuating Circumstances: In exceptional situations, guests may be eligible for upto 85% refund of the Booking Amount if Villazio successfully secures an alternate booking for the same dates and tariff. In the absence of a suitable substitute booking, no refunds shall be issued.
Non-Cancellable Coupons: Reservations made with non-cancellable coupons shall not qualify for any refunds.
Additional Provisions:
Cancellation Confirmation: A reservation shall be deemed officially cancelled when the guest confirms the cancellation via the designated booking platform, on call or on message.
Early Departures: Requests for refunds due to early departures shall be considered at the sole discretion of Villazio.
Booking Rescheduling: Guests may request to reschedule a booking, subject to certain conditions and applicable charges.
