General Terms & Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) govern the legal relationship between you, the guest (hereinafter referred to as “Guest” or “you”), and Villazio (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”). By accessing, utilizing, or interacting with our platforms—whether digital or otherwise—you hereby agree to be bound by and to comply with the provisions set forth in these Terms. If you do not agree with any of the Terms herein, you are advised to discontinue your use of our services immediately.
1. Booking Conditions
Eligibility: Our services are exclusively available to individuals who possess the requisite legal capacity to enter into binding contracts as per the applicable laws. By engaging with our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility criterion.
Account Responsibility: As a Guest, you shall maintain accurate, current, and complete account information. You agree to promptly update your account information to ensure its accuracy. Furthermore, you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and shall notify the Company immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach involving your account.
Guest Count and Additional Charges: At the time of booking, it is imperative that you specify the number of guests in your party. Please be advised that any additional guests or services requested beyond the original booking will incur separate charges, which will be communicated to you prior to confirmation.
Feedback and Reviews: We value your insights and encourage you to provide feedback regarding our services. By submitting feedback, you grant Villazio the irrevocable right to use, reproduce, and distribute such feedback for promotional and marketing purposes, without any compensation to you.
2. Property Usage
House Rules: Guests are required to strictly adhere to the specified check-in and check-out times established by the Company. Standard check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Any deviations from these times must be communicated or requested in advance. Non-compliance may result in additional charges.
Quiet Hours: To ensure an ambiance conducive to relaxation, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Guests are expected to maintain decorum and minimize noise during this period.
Conduct: Guests must conduct themselves in a manner that respects the property, its furnishings, and the surrounding environment. Engaging in any illegal activities, disturbances, or behavior deemed harmful or disrespectful is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the Guest’s stay.
Pet Policy: The accommodation of pets is contingent upon the specific rules set forth for each property. Should pets be allowed, applicable additional charges may apply, and it remains the responsibility of the Guest to familiarize themselves with and adhere to these rules.
Pool Regulations: Guests must refrain from eating and drinking in and around the pool area to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
3. Electricity Disclaimer
Electricity Supply: Please be advised that electricity supply may be sporadic, particularly during the monsoon season. Such disruptions are beyond the control of Villazio. While we endeavor to provide backup power solutions, these systems are limited in capacity and cannot operate indefinitely. Consequently, no refunds or compensation will be provided for any inconveniences suffered due to power interruptions.
4. Liability
Limitations of Liability: Villazio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or related to your stay, including but not limited to injury, loss, or damage to personal property. It is incumbent upon the Guest to take all necessary measures to safeguard their belongings during their stay.
Damage Security Deposit: A damage security deposit equivalent to approximately 50% of the total booking amount will be levied at the time of check-in. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out, provided there are no damages incurred during your stay.
5. Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your relationship with Villazio shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be referred to arbitration, which shall be conducted in Mumbai, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitral award shall be final and binding upon the parties.
